Meghan Reed recently joined the corporate team and has been working in real estate for the last 5 years. She has experience with development, property management and brokerage. She has a degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.

Kelly Morgan joined the Property One team in Baton Rouge in March of 2020. Prior to that she spent nine years working for a local Baton Rouge developer whose primary focus was single and multi-tenant retail centers. Her prior experience in development, leasing and property management allows her to provide valuable insight to clients, both landlords and tenants.
