PROJECT OVERVIEW

Property One was selected by the University of New Orleans to assist in the development and management of the University’s Research and Technology Park at the UNO Lakefront campus. Property One not only provided real estate consulting services, management, and engineering expertise but was also the developer selected to market, lease, and oversee construction of a 80,000 square foot multi-tenant office building for the Park, the Advanced Technology Center (ATC). The ATC was the first multi-tenant building built in the New Orleans area in 14 years.

  • Property One was a significant part of the team that made the UNO Research and Technology Park a reality. Their advice was invaluable in the very early stages of the park, and they provided development, leasing and management services for our new multi-tenant office building.
