Formerly home of the Krauss department store, this historic property, located on world famous Canal St. is adjacent to the French Quarter. It was transformed with 200 units of prime residential living in 2008 by KFK Development.

Built over one hundred years ago, this incredible property was used during the 1984 World’s Fair to house the Beer Garden Restaurant. After the fair, the building was converted to 142 condominium units. Property One was retained to manage the property. Since that time, a comprehensive management plan was initiated including recommendations for security, concierge services, housekeeping, maintenance, equipment replacement, accounting, finance and human resources.
