PROJECT OVERVIEW

Lake Marina Tower is a 50-year-old 18 story condominium property. Property One provides property management services to the Association and oversees its maintenance programs. We recently completed a slew of major projects including a roof replacement and a complicated drainage redesign and installation caused by the devastation of Hurricane Ida. Property One oversaw a successful process of replacing the entire TPO roofing system, waterproofing & repainting the structure and countless other projects to bring this amazing building back to its former glory.

1750 St. Charles Ave.

New Orleans, LA

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This 7 story condominium (221 units) is located on St. Charles Ave. near downtown New Orleans. The common elements (hallways) are cooled/heated by 4 large rooftop dehumidification units that were at the end of their useful and functional life. After months of research, systems analysis and a competitive bidding process, Property One provided the Board with recommendations on equipment, an installation contractor and schedule. The installation required a large crane to lift the old equipment off the roof and install the new units directly in place.

  • Property One did a good job of evaluating and recommending equipment and contractors for this complicated and important job.
