Property One, Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of our brokerage operation with the addition of our new Retail Group.
With over 32 years of experience in comprehensive real estate services, Property One’s longstanding expertise in development, property/asset management, and leasing has allowed our company to grow and expand well beyond office, industrial, and multi-family sectors and into the retail division. Our new Retail Group has been created in response to this growth.
Consisting of four member with various backgrounds in commercial real estate, business consulting, and general real estate brokerage, Property One’s Retail Group was created to focus on the long-term success of retail properties. Together, this team of long-tenured professionals will use their expertise and experience to successfully complete various retail real estate projects, ranging from market analysis and leasing and selling, to property and asset management and development services.
Property One and the members of our new Retail Group have not only assisted in the acquisition and success of various shopping centers and mixed-use developments, but also in the renovating and overhauling of existing retail spaces, such as CocoWalk in Coconut Grove, FL and Algiers Plaza located in New Orleans, LA.
Property One’s new Retail Group will work directly with our existing leasing and management staff to provide retail spaces with superior property services that allow the ownership, economic life, and longevity of the property to prosper.
