Property One recently represented the seller “Yale St. Investors” on the sale of 4141 Veterans Blvd. one of Metairie’s most recognizable buildings. The building is clad in a gold aluminum skin and has been an icon on Veterans Blvd. for over 40 years. In addition to 4141 an additional adjacent 2 story office building located at 3330 Lake Villa was also part of the transaction. The purchaser was Jefferson Financial Credit Union. Jefferson will occupy the building on floors 1, 2 and 3.
