Property One, Inc., a Metairie-based real estate firm, announces the sale of the company to three senior staff as founders Paul F. Dastugue III, CPM and Quentin Dastugue, CCIM transition to advisory roles and focus on their personal philanthropic, civic and real estate projects. Michele Casi, CPM, Managing Director of Property Management is appointed CEO, Paul E. Langenwalter, III, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer remains at post, and Matt Taylor, Managing Director of Brokerage is appointed President. The new leadership team will assume operational responsibility of the company with an emphasis on continuing Property One’s proud tradition of customer satisfaction and individualized support to clients with complex real estate needs.
Michele Casi joined Property One from Casi Real Estate, and led Property One’s Baton Rouge property management team before being named Managing Director of Property Management in 2019.
Paul E. Langenwalter, III has served as Property One’s Chief Financial Officer since 2013, taking on additional responsibilities as the Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Langenwalter formerly worked with The Receivables Exchange and Ernst & Young, LLP.
Matt Taylor began working with Property One as a broker in 1998, taking on the role of Managing Director of Brokerage in 2015.
