Property One is operational and working around the clock to service the needs of our clients. Our Lafayette and Baton Rouge offices are fully functional. Our corporate headquarters in Metairie is still offline due to no power, but we will populate it as power is restored. Our managers and construction folks have been in the field since Ida passed, inspecting properties, creating reports, and making emergency repairs. Our leasing folks are fielding calls and working to find temporary space for those with needs. Whatever your needs are during this time, call us and we will do our best to assist. Parts of the New Orleans CBD are already powered. Once the region is fully powered, this recovery will increase in pace.
