Steve is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and has been a commercial real estate professional with Property One, Inc. since 2001—over 25 years of dedicated service in the local market. During his tenure, he has completed more than 1,400 transactions. His focus is representing property owners dealing with tenants, large and small and ranging from Apache to Zurich, bringing deep expertise to every assignment.
Steve possesses an intimate knowledge of the Acadiana market, its key players, and local governmental agencies. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2001 and specializes in office and industrial leasing, build-to-suit projects, and land transactions. His consistent excellence has been recognized with the Agent of the Year Awards in 2004, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014, and in 2015 he received the C. Macon Callicott, Jr. Award for Most Creative and Innovative Transaction.
Outside the office, Steve is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and recreational property management.
He is incredibly proud of his three sons, Rene’, Stephen, and Doug.
