As Controller, Ricky Acosta oversees the daily accounting functions for Property One, Inc.’s portfolio of commercial, retail and multi-family/condominium properties. He has over twenty years of property management accounting experience.
Ricky also supervises cash management, banking and financial statement preparation. He and his team work closely with management to assist with lease administration, budgeting and accurate financial reporting.
He has been instrumental in maintaining a high level of service in a dynamic environment to our property managers and clients alike. Ricky previously spent several years in the healthcare industry gaining experience in purchasing, material management and general accounting.
