Paul E. Langenwalter III is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFO/COO) at Property One, Inc., managing the financial strategy and corporate operations of the company and its related entities. Concurrently, he provides consultative financial modeling and analysis for the firm’s real estate development clients and projects. He is committed to maximizing long-term value, ensuring corporate financial health, and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency for which Property One is known.
Paul joined Property One in 2013 from The Receivables Exchange, a venture capital-backed technology platform, where he served as Director of the Trade Services group. His prior experience includes providing independent strategic consulting services to domestic and international organizations. He began his career in the Real Estate and Hospitality practice of Ernst & Young LLP in Orange County, California, serving a diverse portfolio of REITs and institutional investment vehicles.
