Maria joined Property One, Inc. in April 2012 as Property Manager and shortly thereafter was promoted to Director of Commercial Operations, New Orleans. She is a native of New Orleans and has been involved in commercial real estate for over twenty-five years. Her current portfolio consists of over 1.8 million square feet of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial and facility management.
Prior to her employment with Property One, Inc., Maria was a property manager for Hertz Investment Group and Sizeler Real Estate Management Co., Inc. handling the day-to-day operations and management of commercial, office and retail centers.
