Jami Comeaux is Regional Manager of Multifamily Operations at Property One, Inc. In this capacity, she expertly offers support, effective strategies, and operations know how to onsite staff in the pursuit of productivity and profitability. With over 20 years of experience in multifamily, Jami has used her key experiences ranging from working directly with developers from start to finish to working with large entities to help guide the strategic decision-making as it relates to multimillion dollar assets. With a passion for employee development, she also brings a true cheerleader spirit to Property One, Inc. Her Property One portfolio consists of both apartment and condominium buildings throughout the Greater New Orleans area, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette.
