Jack Gordon is a commercial real estate agent with Property One, Inc., based in Metairie, Louisiana, where he has been actively involved in commercial transactions since 2012. Over the course of his career, Jack has completed more than 400 deals, leasing over 1.8 million square feet with a total transaction value exceeding $88 million. His areas of focus include landlord representation, tenant representation, office leasing, and investment sales throughout the Greater New Orleans area and South Louisiana. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Jack has built a strong reputation and lasting relationships within the local market.
Jack currently leads leasing efforts for several prominent properties, including Orleans Tower in the New Orleans CBD, Executive Office Tower in Metairie, and Federal City in Algiers. His experience spans a diverse client base, including the City of New Orleans, the State of Louisiana, North American Land Development, Lahasky Investment Group, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, Ochsner Health, Keystone Engineering, Stantec Consulting Services, McDonough Marine Services, and Staines, Eppling & Kenney, among others. He has been recognized as a CoStar Top 5 Office Leasing Agent in the Greater New Orleans area (2018–2020) and has received multiple honors from Property One, including Most Improved Broker (2016) and the Marcia K. D’Amico – Steadiest Producer Award (2018 and 2021).
As a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon at Louisiana State University, Jack brings a well-rounded professional background to his real estate practice, with prior experience in project management, advertising, financial services, hospitality sales, property management, and business ownership. These experiences enhance his ability to understand client objectives and deliver strategic, results-driven real estate solutions. He is an active member of NAR and the Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR and has received multiple industry achievement awards. Outside of work, Jack enjoys traveling, music festivals, sailing, golf, and cooking. He values time spent along the Gulf Coast with his wife, Korie, their Weimaraners and their cats, and takes pride in being born and raised in the New Orleans community.
