David, a licensed real estate professional since 1985, joined Property One, Inc. in 2009. He is experienced in general real estate brokerage with specialties in leasing and sales of office, investment and industrial properties in southeast Louisiana. His knowledge of the market, as well as his organizational skills, enables him to assist an array of clients from tenants and users to landlords and investors in making optimal decisions with respect to their commercial real estate needs.
David’s basic philosophy for assisting his clients is to “provide clients with the critical market information and guidance to help them select the best long-term strategy for fulfilling their investment and/or occupancy goals, including disposition of the asset when it is no longer needed.”
On a more personal note, David resides with his wife in Metairie, Louisiana, is active in the Kiwanis organization and enjoys traveling.
