Camden is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in the leasing, sales, and acquisition of retail properties across the Gulf South. He began his career in the Houston market, focusing on multi-tenant retail investment sales, before returning home to Louisiana to join the Property One team in 2023.
To date, Camden has facilitated over $35 million in cumulative transaction volume. His comprehensive expertise spans the entire property lifecycle, including land acquisitions for ground-up development, leasing retail centers, executing strategic 1031 exchanges, and positioning fully leased assets for maximum disposition value.
He is a North Shore native and graduated from the University of Mississippi. Camden is licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and regularly attends its annual conferences to stay ahead of market trends. Outside of the office, he enjoys being with his family and friends, and spending his weekends cheering for the Rebels on Saturday and the Saints on Sunday.
