Steve is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and has been with Property One, Inc. since 2001. In his time with Property One, Steve has completed over 1,200 transactions. He has a thorough knowledge of the local market, local players and local governmental agencies. Steve achieved his CCIM designation in 2001 and specializes in oce and industrial leasing, build-to-suit and land transactions. Steve won the Agent of the Year Award in 2004, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, and in 2015 he won the C. Macon Callicott, Jr. Award for Most Creative and Innovative Transaction.

Steve loves outdoor sports including hunting, fishing, camping and horseback riding. He is especially fond of raising, training and hunting his own line of Brittany bird dogs. Steve is married to Beth and is especially proud of their three sons, Rene’, Stephen, and Doug.
