Michele Casi has been practicing commercial real estate since 1996 and joined Property One, Inc. in 2018 as the Director of Operations in Baton Rouge. Shortly thereafter, Michele was promoted to Managing Director of Property Management and in 2021 to Chief Executive Officer.
Michele has a 30-year extensive background in commercial real estate including brokerage, property management, portfolio management, facility management, due diligence, operating analysis, performance reporting, distressed assets, workouts and restructuring. She is also adept with extensive leasing knowledge and innovative marketing techniques.
Michele’s previous experience includes the management and disposition of REIT and other real estate portfolios for major companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Brookfield Asset Management and Trammell Crow Company and Chase Bank.
