Property One, Inc. is excited to announce the promotion of Michele Casi, CPM. She has accepted the position of Managing Director of Property Management. Michele will oversee the property management division and its makeup of diverse properties. She has been practicing commercial real estate since 1996 and joined Property One, Inc. in 2018 as the Director of Operations – Baton Rouge.
Casi’s experience includes brokerage, portfolio management, facility and property management, due diligence, operating analysis, performance reporting, distressed assets, workouts and restricting. She also possesses extensive leasing knowledge and innovative marketing techniques.
Casi has an extensive background in management and disposition of Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) portfolios. Such portfolios include major companies such as Trammell Crow Company and Brookfield Asset Management. She also served as an Associate Director for Jones Lang LaSelle. Michele oversaw over 7 million square feet of properties and 15 property managers.
She attended both Louisiana State University and the University of Louisville with an undergraduate concentration in Accounting. Michele holds an Associates Brokers license in Louisiana and Mississippi, as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
