Property One has been retained to provide leasing and management services for more than 250,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The buildings were acquired from Briar Meads Capital Trust and are now owned by Boston-based company, STAG Industrial Holdings.
Located on Exchequer Blvd, at 109,000 square feet, one of the buildings is currently occupied by air conditioning system suppliers, Carrier Enterprise and contractor Carrier South Central, while Houston Wire & Cable Co., Jackson Supply Co., National Tire Wholesale, TireHub & Westlock Controls Corp. are housed in the other industrial building which is roughly 144,000 square feet.
