Yale St. Investors purchased this 33,000 square foot office building complex that was still showing signs of damage from Hurricane Katrina. The Property One team quickly assessed the maintenance and construction needs of the property and embarked on a $400,000 retrofit to restore the property to full functionality.

Improvements to the building included new HVAC equipment, upgraded elevator system, roof repairs, fenestration water proofing, lobby upgrades and added parking. As a result, and with a strong leasing and marketing plan in place, the building quickly jumped to 100% occupancy.
