Property One was selected to provide Facility Management services for a British corporation that owns a former Ryan’s Steakhouse on Lapalco Blvd. in Marrero.

Tchefuncte Harbour a 89 unit waterfront condominium complex located in Madisonville selected Property One to provide management services.

Property One was awarded the facility management contract for the Louisiana Housing Corporation located in Baton Rouge, La. The contract involves two properties occupied by the LHC, a 50,000 square foot Class A office building near the Pendleton Research Center and a 15,000 facility located in the BR Industriplex area.
