Todd Reynolds
Director of Operations, Facility Management and Construction
Todd is the Director of Operations – Facilities and Construction for Property One, Inc. With his assistance, Property One is now a licensed general contractor. Todd serves as the qualifying agent.
His responsibilities include overseeing all asset (commercial and multi-family) portfolio maintenance, project management and construction. Todd has over 25 years of expertise in developing, marketing, operating/managing and obtaining financing for various real estate sectors to include: multi-family residential, office buildings, retail shopping centers/malls and industrial warehouse facilities throughout the Gulf South Region.
Todd also brings 15 years of experience in medical management and operations to include: assisted living and dementia care, as well as the capability to successfully secure HUD financing. Todd’s strengths lie in his finely tuned attention to detail, value-engineering skills and first-rate customer service.
