Schmidt brings more than 15 years of marketing experience across real estate, education, and corporate sectors. She previously served as a Social Media Marketing Manager at Corporate Realty, where she led digital strategy for The Exchange Centre in downtown New Orleans. Earlier in her career, she was Director of Marketing for The Interfin Companies in Houston, overseeing marketing for a portfolio of upscale commercial developments. At Property One, Schmidt will support brokers and execute key marketing initiatives.
