Michele Casi, CPM
Chief Executive Officer
Michele Casi has been practicing commercial real estate since 1996 and joined Property One, Inc. in 2018 as the Director of Operations – Baton Rouge. Michele was promoted to Managing Director of Property Management in 2019 and was appointed CEO in 2021, where she oversees the property management division and its makeup of diverse properties.
Casi possesses an extensive background in commercial real estate including brokerage, portfolio management, facility and property management, due diligence, performance reporting, distressed assets and restructuring. She is also adept with extensive leasing knowledge and innovative marketing techniques.
In her previous experience, Casi worked with the management and disposition of large REIT portfolios for major companies such as Trammell Crow Company and Brookfield Asset Management.
