Jeannie joined Property One, Inc. in February 1997 as Property Manager with emphasis on tenant relations and construction of new tenant space. Currently, she serves as Director of Operations of Property One, Inc.’s regional office in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of 15 commercial office buildings, along with several other diversified commercial properties. The Lafayette Portfolio consists of over 1-1/2 million square feet. Jeannie works closely with the Leasing Department in the preparation of prospective leases and assuring the handling of requirements of clients and tenants once properties have been leased.
Prior to her association with Property One, Inc., Jeannie was Facilities Manager for Lafayette General Medical Center, handling tenant relations and coordinating build-out of medical offices within the
Medical Center Complex.
She is currently pursuing the Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification awarded to top professionals in the Real Estate Industry.
