Jack Gordon, a prominent brokerage associate specializing in retail tenants, office leasing, landlord representation, commercial property investment, multi-family housing and land disposition, joined Property One in 2012.
His extensive business and local knowledge coupled with his creativity, resourcefulness and entrepreneurial skills, offer an exceptional perspective to his understanding of the commercial real estate market. Jack strives for the absolute best results while working for his clients’ interests. Regarded for his ethical values, professionalism and teamwork approach, Jack is well-versed in the processes needed to bring any real estate transaction to a successful conclusion.
Jack began his career in commerce with one of the leading commercial millwork companies in Louisiana. Shortly after becoming Property Manager, he supervised many of the largest office tenant construction projects in the Central Business District of New Orleans. Later, he accepted a position with New Orleans City Business. Here, he built up his clientele to become the leading Advertising Account Executive, soon after being promoted to Sales Manager. Jack eventually moved to California where he founded his own publishing company. He eventually returned home to New Orleans as a Financial Advisor for American Express.
