Congratulations to Property One co-founder, Quentin Dastugue, who was appointed by Governor Edwards to the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority-East, which provides flood protection for the east side of the Mississippi River in Jefferson, Orleans and St. Bernard parishes. Quentin will serve as an at-large member. As required by statute, his name was submitted by the nominating organization

Linda Chittock has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager in Property One’s Baton Rouge office. Linda will be responsible for property management functions with the Baton Rouge portfolio of properties.

Property One has opened an Atlanta office. Paul Birkeli, commercial leasing and sales specialist will oversee Property One’s operations there including commercial development, sales and property management.
