Congratulations to Property One co-founder, Quentin Dastugue, who was appointed by Governor Edwards to the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority-East, which provides flood protection for the east side of the Mississippi River in Jefferson, Orleans and St. Bernard parishes. Quentin will serve as an at-large member. Chittock Promoted
